We're committed to getting your OmaCare products to you quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Rates

International Shipping

  • Standard International: 3-5 business days - Starting at $6.00
  • Express International:1-3 business days - Starting at $15.00

*Shipping times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive:

  • Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
  • Link to track your package in real-time
  • Estimated delivery date

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, some remote areas may have limited service. If we cannot ship to your location, we'll notify you promptly.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties and import taxes
  • Any additional fees charged by your country
  • These fees are not included in our shipping costs

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of expected delivery
  • Provide your order number and photos (if damaged)
  • We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue
  • Replacement or refund will be provided as appropriate

Address Changes

Need to change your shipping address?

  • We can update addresses for unshipped orders only
  • Once shipped, address changes must be made through the carrier
